Sizing:r, 3bn, and 4bn accept an optional sizing
(e.g. 20r2.5).
If omitted, the default sizing from the strategy file is used.
Other tokens (c, h, 3bs, 4bs) don't take a sizing.
Tokens map right to left: the last token is always BB, then SB, BTN, CO, etc. Only include positions that haven't folded.
